Seat reservation

Want to choose where you sit on the plane? It’s possible to reserve a seat with Transavia. You can make a seat reservation when booking with Transavia or later via My Transavia.

Do you want to know when you can reserve a seat with Transavia? You can make a seat reservation up to 30 hours before your flight departs. If you do not reserve a seat, you will automatically be assigned one. Would you like to sit somewhere else? During online check-in, you can change your seat for a fee, subject to availability. Once you’ve checked in online, you can no longer make any changes to your booking. Similarly, if you check in at the airport, you can no longer change your seat.

There is a fee for reserving a seat. It depends on the fare you have chosen: Basic, Smart, Plus or Max. The costs also depend on the type of seat and the destination of your flight. It’s not compulsory to reserve a seat. If you do not reserve a seat, you can choose from the remaining available seats during online check-in. To make sure you are seated next to each other, we recommend reserving a seat in advance for a fee.
